Battle Creek Vineyards Unconditional Pinot Noir 2014

You'll a nice dose of Oregon purity and finesse here from 20% Willamette fruit. But the vintage and warmer fruit sources in Oregon's south give this the plushness, ripe red cherry and raspberry fruit, and a creamy, rich, texture that recalls Sonoma's Russian River. However you look at it, this is a screaming deal in drink right now, very pinot-y Pinot Noir for parties and fine meals.

Very enjoyable, lighter drinking wine. I'm enjoying it with a spicy mushroom and walnut bolognese and I have chosen well. It is earthy with rich berries and leather.
