Super fruit forward but there is a hit of salinity that makes this sail. I also just love how sexy the bottles are. A solid and balanced brew. Never had a bad Venge. That being said I’ve only ever had two but both made me want more.

Sumptuous nose of maraschino cherries and treacle. Palate is a little coarse and tannic. Great components which are densely packed, but needs age to bring everything together. Will certainly improve in the bottle. It’s freezin here up north, hence the fire!

A truly stunning example from beginning to end. Plush, rich, dense, yet not exuberant. Lovely nose, with a palete, which exuded poise and restraint. Coffee, blueberries, and brown sugar float on. Worth every cent.

Wife on the left, daughter on the right. Celebrating my daughter and son-in-law’s birthday. This wine (like my wife and daughter) is stunning. Cherry liqueur, cloves and coffee on the nose. Palette is so well behaved. Full bodied, yet focused on the mid-palate. Very fruit-forward, with bright acidity. Finishes jammy and sweet. Overall, an excellent effort.
