A total baby. A really expressive inviting gravel, graphite, ripe red cherry bouquet and nice texture but then just all tannin after that. This certainly could have performed better if given some time in the decanter. Hold.

Distant third when trying with Solaia and Sassicaia all 2009's at same time. I give it a strong 94+ . On opening it needed time, yes very Bordeaux like a good Pauillac ! After 45 minutes of breathing it began to have that classic Tuscan Flavors. Rich Round loaded with black fruits. Really good! Thanks Henry for bringing this great wine to Monday night dinner! Bravo
