This Super Toscana icon is shinning in the 2009 vintage. Magnum bottle, so I assume it matured a bit slower than average. Lovely dark red color, complex expressive nose with layers of black current, plums, coffee, red ripe cherries, spices, vanilla, licorice and sweet spices, full rich body with lovely well integrated tannins balanced by fine acidity, long chewy finish. A true pleasure, enjoyable today, and probably better in 2018. My score 92, drink to 2027
