99' Groth Reserve Cabernet. After the success of last nights 32-year-old Napa cab, I thought I'd pop a few older cabs tonight. We threw it in the decanter & poured it straight into the glass. The tannins are very subtle. The acidity is very light. Muted fruits of black cherry, plum skins. At this point it's all middle/ back palate. Nice bottle. Drink them up.
