Opened well before dinner; from a 750mL. The 2003 pours an amber color with a transparent core; medium+ viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with crazy notes of candied orange, golden raisins, figs, dates, and wildflower honey. On the palate, the wine is sweet with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is forever long. Mesmerizing stuff. Drink now through ????.
