Another great Nebbiolo. I evidently like this varietal.

1998 vintage. In Jerobaom. Medium ruby hue. The nose is off the charts. Smokey, tar and roses in abundance, cranberry and ripe black plums. On the palate, this is awesome. Medium plus body and alcohol, high tannins - full and ripe. Smokey, earthy, balanced in every way. Still many years ahead of it. Fabulous. Hard to fault. Long lingering finish.

Both still very fresh and characterful with a lot of dark red fruit. Sori tildin a bit more accessible and easy going. San lorenzo with tell tale structure but also carrying purity.
