A lovely "Gaja blend of CS and Merlot, still young and needs a bit more time to be fully accessible. Deep black color, the nose is full of cherries, black current, prunes and sweet spices, the body is full and delicious, still a bit tight and the tannins are kicking, with time it should become smooth and rewarding has it has enough acidity to carry it for another decade, long dry yet fruity finish. My score 89, drink to 2025

Gaja: a benchmark for modern quality Toscana wines with an out of the box non traditional wine making, a hallmark to Italian supper Toscana wines. nThis robust wine is no exception. nThe wine is intense rich and multi layered in all aspects, the color is deep almost black, the nose rich and intense, full of black cherry, plums, espresso and loads of dark intense chocolate, with sweet spices, the body is big full robust with chewy tannins and lovely acidity, the finish is supper long. My score 92, drink 2027
