Chewy, bing cherry entry with lingering tartness wound around the expansive middle but unfolding into a refined and ridiculously sensual tar, silky tannins and cherry and strawberry-rhubarb freshness. The roses remain, wrapped around the worthy neck of this thoroughbred, mint, tarragon, and an interesting blood orange complete the mosaic.
