98+ RP, 96 VINOUS. High scores for this wine. It’s elegant with dark cherry and some soft tannins. Spicy herbs, licorice, leather, black tea, ash/tar and lavender. I found the wine a little shy and not giving enough for such high scores. Maybe it needs more cellartime…. For now 92+

Color of different shades of light purple, quite clear. Nice legs. Nose of dried strawberry, leather, concentrated aldehyde, crayon, ok and spice, ripe berries. Nose is plenty. Taste follows the nose with addition of good tannins, black tea, right amount of sweet berries, ripe grapes and zest, black pepper powder, reminding me of good Barolo. Aftertaste is long , clean, and full of flavor. Tasty at her peak.
