This is lovely and juicy and full and dark, but very tasty, especially with slow food beef shank. The nose has a beautiful rose that transfers to the palate with dark inky blackberry and blueberry. There’s a bit of elderberry and leather as well with some tree bark. Tannins are holding on, but lush. Yum. Drinking very well right now.
