Deep tawny color with a red, scarlet center. Opaque. Earthy nose with notes of red and black fruits, leather saddle, cuban cigar and some dry brush. Silky and smooth in the mouth. In a great spot.

Brooding, aromatic, and deep. Still quite bright and lively. Blackberry, pencil shavings, violet petals, black plum, dried fig, iodine, black pepper, leather, Kalamata olive, cassis, raspberry preserves, bittersweet dark chocolate, savory spice. Earthy black truffle notes open up with aeration. Ultra-fine cocoa powder tannins, mouthwatering saline acidity, and a super-slinky silk texture. Long, savory finish.
