The acidity dominates when their this young. Barely ripe pineapple, ripe pear pulp, golden apple, lemon/lime juice, citrus blossoms, white & yellow florals, super fine soft minerality, enamel removing acidity and a nice even lasting finish. Good pair with my spicy Asian lettuce wraps.

Alsl with the difficult 2014 #dönnhoff made a great work. the wines are ester to understand but never to simple. The GG are standing but also the fruity style are great!!

Peach, elderflower, petrol a bit, very nice, inviting nose. The palate is acid driven with a bright fruit all along and some width and matter and grip on the sides. The finish is rather long and fresh with elderflower notes. Very good sip. More of that!
