Holy Moly, who would not pick this as a Grand Cru Burg? A touch lesd volume and texture than a 2012 Gros Freres Grand Echezeaux, but showing a brambly underbrush, smoky note on the nose that is hard to resist. Beautifully nuanced the way the initial red berry attack transitions to that Inner mouth floral finish.
