Tawny. Almost opaque. Great nose. Herbal. Notes of earthy red fruit, some tart black cherry, herbs de Provence, and gravel stone. Nice smooth texture in the mouth. Gave it 7 hours of air time. For the vintage this was surprisingly not over the top, and very much enjoyable.

One of my favorite vintages of Pegau that avoided the heat of the vintage showing red & black fruits, kirsch, garrigue, herbs, meat, olive & pepper. Seems to be close to full maturity.
