From mag. Light gold. A wonderfully complex nose. Hazelnuts, flint, a floral sweetness on the nose. On the palate a beautiful expressive and developed spread of delicate toast, dried apricot, fresh sprite lemon, some stone. With time in the glass more salinity and leanness is coming through. Very fine, perfectly balanced and super good. Great bubbles for a 30 year old wine. What a great start.

Broad and peachy with hints of orange peel. On the palate some steeliness and salinity buried within a lush, slightly soft apple core with dusty notes. Really complex and buzzing with secondary flavors. Excellent

Almost Sauternes-like in color. A toasted nose with hazelnut, orange. A beautifully balanced palate with great depth and acidity. Lots of secondary flavors, brioche, a whiff of sherry, preserved lemon, a refreshing salinity and s lovely mellow sweetness. The mousse is fine and gentle but as a still wine this would be wonderful. A really good bottle of a great vintage.
