Dark and brooding, plenty of wet earth and graphite. Dark red fruit on the nose and palate, more extracted than I’d guess from an HM, masculine with an alluring dark herbal streak. Kept going back to this. Will get better for 3-5 years still, lots of power to spare.

Excellent. Very different than the 00. Full bodied. Still carries a bit of that woody construct but in a subtle way vs the 00 which was light in body with strong hints of green pepper and cedar.

Hot year made this rally suave compared to other cooler yrs of Sociando. Not stewed at all and drinking beautifully now. Probably very nice over next ten yrs
