It almost changed with each sip over the course of 2 hours. Became spicier as it opened up in the decanter. This wine has a long life ahead of it still... I drank this with (my favorite) Mexican Food from @CasaVega Cheese Enchiladas, guacamole, chips & salsa... & it paired Beautifully!! A moment I won't forget... I'm in love❤️ #DrinkThis
