Very savory nose, with bramble, black fruit and a vanilla note coming out. Savory palate, even smoother. Bacon fat appears, the most savory of the lot.

Wow. Big Mourvèdre. Ripe leathery red with smooth tannins and a solid finish. More please.

Very interesting blend - spicy and jammy - more like a Syrah than a cab. It’s a 70% Monastrell and 30% cab blend.

A Clio is not for the faint of heart. If you are a six shooter, this is a shotgun. Heavily extracted, big oak, sweet flavors of cherry, vanilla, licorice, blueberry, with mild heat on the nose. It almost doesn't matter, this wine just has a presence. The beauty is that the mouth feel is not overwhelming, it's rich but still lively, the acidity keeps it fresh. The finish is long lasting, leaving a wonderful chalkiness that leaves me licking my lips for the next sip. This wine had shut down for a while, but boy is it back.

Spicy, jammy black fruit. Great vintage. My favorite Spanish wine.

I'm sorry but I don't get these kind of wines. Although it has beautiful tannines and sufficient acidity, it's way to sweet, port-like and alcoholic. Technically a very well made wine, but it doesn't do anything to me.
