Brief tasting notes from the annual Fort Worth Food & Wine Festival. Whites knocked it out of the park this year. Was kind of shocked a wine of this caliber would be at a mass tasting. Figured it would be one of their appellation wines...imagine my surprise when I saw it was their LH&S! 2016...BABY. Almost a sin to drink these this young, but this drank better than other young Aubert’s I’ve had. Laser focused minerality, lemon tart, lemon cream, toasted almonds.
