A fantastic Cabernet Blend from Sonoma's legendary Sebastiani Family. Highly recommended. 91 Points Wine & Spirits: " This is a brisk cabernet sauvignon (79 percent) blended with merlot and malbec. Its cool tannins carry a dark, resinous herb character, providing a zesty counterpoint to the lush fruit sweetness. The texture is full and mellow, enlivened by fresh mineral acidity that provides a sandstone-like abrasion to the finish. Pour it with pork rillettes or other charcuterie.

Crimson, bright red. A hint of candy and vanilla to go with the jams and jellies. Flavor is nice. Spice and excellent deep berry-cherry stuff. It’s a nice enough blend. Tastes good to me.

This was a random pick up, and wow it’s a big fruit bomb. Black berries, red cherries, blueberries and mild raspberries. Velvety middle with a smooth and balanced finish. Served with charcuterie board.
