Rare new Sauvignon Blanc from Rombauer! Just the second vintage of Sauvignon Blanc ever made by Rombauer so it disappears fast. This wine is brilliant pale yellow with a bright green hue. It exudes aromas of ripe lime, grapefruit, pear and white nectarine with a subtle hint of fresh-cut grass. The palate is fresh and enticing, as grapefruit, white nectarine and deep tropical notes intertwine making the mouth water. Balanced yet lively acidity lingers on the palate inviting another taste. Boxwood on the finish gives the wine length and vibrant freshness

Loads of pomelo fruit. Satisfying zip on the finish. Pretty pleasant actually. First time drinking their SB. Thanks @Neal Ferry

Refreshing Rombauer? Truly. Buckets of fresh pineapple juice and a surprising lack of grass. Well done.

Nice change of pace from the grassy, citrus forward SB’s. Heavy on the tropical notes... pineapple, peach, mango. Delicate and clean.

Smoother/not as punchy as a NZ sauv blanc but very good flavor

Perfect for a hot summers day. Light, refreshing, and sweet, but not over the top.
