Fruit forward great example of cool climate vineyard and hand sorted grapes. Ruby red color...raspberry, cherry, hint baking spice...still young... always LOVE Red Car Coastal Pinot!

Cool climate Pinot Noir, a blend from 7 different West Somoma Coast vineyards including Red Car Estate, Platt and Bohemian Station. 10% new and 90% neutral oak. Wild yeasts only. Very attractive nose unmistakably Pinot Noir. Ripe red fruit, very subtle spices, silky tannin and fresh balancing acidity. Medium-bodied with lots of finesse, not unlike Chambolle-Musigny. Delicious and good value. 2013 vintage. Abv. 13,3%.
