Method Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is made by Master Somm Ian Cauble who is leveraging his contacts in Napa to find exceptional vineyard sourcing for his winery called Precision Wine Company. This gorgeous 95pt scoring Cabernet comes from an estate in Saint Helena and it is farmed organically with no pesticides but the name itself is actually kept under wraps. The wine was aged 18 months in French oak with about 50% of the barrels new and the attention to detail in this wine is fantastic!  95 Points James Suckling: "A structured and powerful wine with blackcurrant, dark chocolate and hazelnut. Crunchy seeds. Flowers. It’s full and juicy. Plenty of fruit and a fresh finish. Clearly shows the excellence of the vintage with the pure fruit. Drink or hold." 92 Points Wine & Spirits: "An open, racy cabernet, this has the cool feel of stone in a deep well, that tannic depth completely filled by ripe plum fruit.
