McPrice Myers has long been a favorite winemaker who produces insanely delicious wines at more than reasonable prices.  Knows for fantastic Central Coast Rhone Blends, you can now add Cabernet to his amazing lineup! 91 Points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "Opaque maroon. Expressive blackberry and cherry liqueur scents take on a suble vanilla accent as the wine opens up. Juicy and seamless in texture, offering plush dark fruit and spice-cake flavors and a musky, sweetening touch of chewing tobacco. Finishes long and velvety, with well-knit, polished tannins making a late appearance.  "Bull By the Horns" continues to be Mac's only Bordeaux-centric wine. He blends Petite Sirah into the wine in an attempt to tame the structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon, and the result is juicy, full-bodied, and harmonious wine. The nose is riddled with cassis, violets, ripe black cherry, soy, cured meats, blackberries, and hints of cherry and raspberry. The flavors follow through to the palate, where the velvety tannins keep the ripeness of the fruit in balance. Full-bodied, with just a hint of a savory note, this is a wine that is sure to please any lover of California Cabernet!
