Medium to full-bodied, upfront and ready to go, it’s another opulent wine from McPrice Myers that will drink nicely for 7-8 years."

Opaque ruby. Highly perfumed aromas of ripe black raspberry, cherry, baking spices and cola; a floral note emerges as the wine stretches out. Juicy, silky in texture and appealingly sweet, offering energetic red fruit, spicecake and violet pastille flavors and a building mineral overtone. Finishes on a gently tannic note, with strong persistence and repeating floral and spice notes. 10% whole clusters and 5% new French oak. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, February 2020)
