Made from 70% Grenache, 12% Mourvedre, 10% Cinsault and 8% Syrah, it shines for its overall balance, purity of fruit and light, ethereal mouthfeel that keeps you coming back to the glass. It's already drinking great so don't be afraid to crack open a bottle. It should still be going strong in 2022. Drink: 2015-2022."

Bright purple. Highly expressive aromas of mineral-tinged dark berry preserves, incense and candied licorice are complicated by a sexy floral nuance. Smoky and seamless in texture, offering alluringly sweet black and blue fruit, spicecake and floral pastille flavors braced by a spine of juicy acidity. A few fun 4th Friday wines from tonight. One of the better Paso zin blends I’ve come across. Obviously at such a young age it’s very aromatic showing crunchy cranberries and baked mixed berry pie, dark chocolate, cedar, and scorched earth. The palate reveals red and black licorice, sandalwood, underripe blueberries, and really wears its alcohol well as it’s rich but not a compact fruit bomb. Lifted profile. Delicious.
