Tasting Notes:  "This Laird 2019 Jillian's Blend is a bodacious blend thats boasts a beautiful blushed red color followed by an alluring nose of tamarind, wood fire toasted marshmallow, marionberries and fresh ground espresso. The balanced palate showcases bright fruit qualities highlighted by plum, mountain blueberries and juniper. The tannic structure of the wine lingers on your palate and leaves lasting notes of cigar box and unsweetened cocoa. Structured enough to be laid down but elegant enough to be enjoyed. Medium to full body with round, juicy fruit and ripe, firm tannins. 62% cabernet sauvignon, 20% syrah, 12% merlot, 5% malbec and 1% petit verdot. Needs time to come together. Drink after 2025."
