The Isosceles Cabernet blend is one of Paso Robles most sought-after wines! Get the limited new release now. The Justin 2014 Isosceles is bright with a deep ruby core, lighter with a bit of garnet toward the rim. Rich and aromatic with dark fruit of black cherry, cassis, exotic licorice, cinnamon, and subtle vanilla spice with sweet notes of tobacco, a little cocoa and subtle toasted cedar in the background. Full bodied with black cherry and classic black currant fruit, complex brown spice of star anise, licorice with cocoa and herbal notes of sweet tobacco and a hint of eucalyptus. The rest is classic Bordeaux cabernet sauvignon - fruit, complex spice, and mineral flavors balanced with guiding structural elements on a long, memorable finish. Drink on release or wait a dozen years, this one will be ready for you. Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 7% Merlot ISOSCELES is the embodiment of our dream to produce a Paso Robles wine in the style of the classic chateaux of the Médoc area of Bordeaux. "Odedi" 
Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim. Fruity nose of blackberries, sweet cherries, black currants, cedar, licorice, spices, tobacco, vanilla, stewed tomatoes, peppercorn, mint, earth, chocolates and coffee. Full bodied and bold with medium acidity and long legs. Dry and extremely fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, cedar, dried figs, raisins, vanilla, spices, leather, earth, licorice, chocolates, tobacco, coke, peppercorn, coffee and mocha. Spicy long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries. This is a fabulous red blend from Paso Robles. Complex with a great mouthfeel. Shows nice balance now. Feels like a Napa Cabernet. I really loved the nose. Palate is delicious. The Reserve is definitely better than the regular version. Needs 3 hours to open up properly and show itself, and will age nicely in the next 10 years. Rich and opulent. Tasty, spicy and intense. I love these Bordeaux blends. Delicious all by itself. Thank you John for sharing. Wine Enthusiasts 94 points. I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses. A blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 4% Malbec. 16% alcohol by volume. 95 points. $115.
