New release of Jordan's classic Russian River Valley Chardonnay now available! The bouquet offers delicate aromas of Fuji apple, citrus, nutmeg, honey, and lightly toasted oak. The Jordan 2016 Chardonnay delivers lively and complex flavors of Asian pear, key lime, and Marcona almond. These refined notes offer a seamless expression of rich, bold flavors with a long, elegant finish. This wine is delicious now and will continue to gain honeyed richness with an additional 3 to 5 years of aging. Serve between 55 and 60 degrees to ensure the full flavor development.
Sipping Fine Wine
Golden straw with aromas of stone and citrus fruits. The palate had flavors of apple, pear, lemon zest and melon, complex, mineral tones with soft creamy oak and sweet spice. The wine was fresh, a bit creamy, with vibrant crisp acidity, well balanced on a long finish. Not a typical CA Chard, with some mid-term aging potential. Outstanding!

One of the few Chardonnays I really like very little oak and notes of green apple.

Buttery, creamy notes of toast, buttered popcorn, banana, golden apple, & toasted oak. Medium-plus acidity. So buttery.

Great flavor up front but slightly harsh a alcohol bite going down. Much smoother paired with food

Going into pregnancy my wife adored this Chardonnay. The great test, then, was to figure out if she loved it the same postpartum, or if her adoration of it had waned amidst her abstinence of alcohol consumption. Well, the test results are in: her love has not diminished! Be it known this is still her favorite Chard. . Buttery oak, green caramel apple, and Meyer lemon on the nose. On the palate ginger, lemon zest, and a buttery, waxy mouthfeel.
