Intense minerality, lots of fresh squeezed citrus, green melon, pear skin, quince and butter cookie with some floral gardenia notes. Minerality carries to the palate with a little of the white gummy bear thing I get from Kistler. I was always under the impression this was a butter bomb, but not at all. Well balanced and great acidity.

This is the kind of Chardonnay that reminds me why I like the varietal. A beautiful balance and complexity lay at the foundation, and its mix of melon, minerality, and touch of oaky influence is appreciated from start to finish.

Very tasty and minerally. Citrusy, a bit of oak and vanilla. Excellent smooth aftertaste. Subtle flavours. $29 at K&L

Peach and pear on the nose. Very light color, almost Sauvignon Blanc like. Surprisingly little to no oak or butter with key lime, apricot and Granny Smith apple flavors added to the pear and young white peach. Light bodied with a refreshingly citrus finish.
