Fantastic new release from superstar winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown. Limited. 94 Points Wine Spectator: "Seductive, from the rich core of dense dark berry, mocha, licorice and cedar flavors to the supple, fleshy texture, firming on the finish." 93 Points Robert Parker: "Deep purple-black in color, the 2015 Estate 'Heritage Selection' Cabernet Sauvignon has an enticing nose of chocolate box, blackberry pie and preserved plums with touches of aniseed, unsmoked cigars and chargrill plus a waft of Chinese five spice. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is finely crafted with elegantly played black fruit preserves and exotic spice layers, structured with very finely grained tannins and a lively backbone, finishing on a fruitcake note. 750 cases were made....One of my favorite Napa estates, proprietors Carol and Michael Marks own 16 acres on a gentle, west-facing slope in Yountville. They have long used the services of French winemaking consultant, Philippe Melka, to produce their two terrific red wines."

TRB made wine, For the going price of $150.00 I wouldn’t buy it, but at $75.00 OTD I’m glad @Rob Brobst III sold me 3 bottles, give it an hour to open up. Better than Parkers 93 points, but maybe he took into consideration the full price.
