Frank Family has just released their first-ever Pinot Noir - get this small-production beauty while its still available. Frank Family Vineyards' 2014 Napa Valley Carneros, Pinot Noir has aromas that are vibrant and abundant, opening with red raspberry and May Duke cherries followed by smoked bacon, leather and forest floor with a hint of sweet violet throughout. The palate is supple, polished and layered with fresh strawberries, cranberries, cherry cola, rhubarb pie, hibiscus tea, cinnamon, honey and smoked meat. While the wines' impression is youthful and lively, the tannins are silky and polished, giving exceptional structure and a soft lingering finish

One if my favorite Pinots I have had in a long time. Well balanced. Great medium to light body, a good lingering finish. Currant and cranberry with plum notes!

Wine from Bridget’s house. Breathe a bit and then finishes well balanced with a round spice...

Really nice Pinot noir. Opened with a girlfriend on July 4th for a glass and it was almost as good drinking the last glass tonight. Fruity and delicious. (2014 bought at tasting and shipped home).
