New Cab from Quintessa                     The Faust vineyard is in the new Coombsville AVA, Napa Valley's newest appellation in the eastern hills. Agustin Huneeus, who created Quintessa, sources grapes from his Rutherford estate as well for this lush Cab. 96 Points James Suckling: "Aromas of red and dark fruit, crushed stones, dried herbs, flowers and salt-cured meat. The palate is tightly woven with a silken mouthfeel, fine tannins and a succulent, minerally finish. A wine of real nerve and approachability young, with ample aging potential.
