Dark fruit, a bit of tannins, but very mellow and highly drinkable.

Fun night celebrating a dear friend’s birthday at Lucio’s BYOB over dinner. Everyone brought their own bottles to share with the group that was gathered. . This was actually opened after we had moved on from the restaurant to some friends’ home. Arguably one of the best Zins I’ve had to-date, this selection could easily benefit from a few more years of integration but it was also drinking quite nicely. Cigar box, tar, coffee grounds, rose petal, mint, and ripe red & black fruits.
