In French, C'est Si Bon means "It's so good" - Need we say more? A delicious red field blend from Elyse. The Elyse 'C'est Si Bon' has a ripe nose of candied raspberry, violets and cocoa powder give way to a luscious mouthful of Rainier cherry, crisp cranberry and a savory hint of thyme.  This easy going red is perfect for year round sipping whether at cocktail parties or backyard barbecues.  Super soft tannins even allow for light chilling in the Summer months ...  Did we mention "It's so good!" A combination of four unique vineyard sites, each parcel adds to the layers of this wine and its polished, approachable character. Spanning three appellations of Northern California, this wine is proof that sometimes the sum is greater than its parts.
