The El Molino 2021 Pinot Noir shows complex notes of red cherries, black plum and pomegranate. Secondary aromatics of dried earth, rose petal, rhubarb and white tea add depth and allure. The entry is powerful and dense leading to a broad sinewy mid-palate with grip and texture. flavors of blag fig, raspberry and all-spice coat the palate. The finish is powerful and long. Reminiscent of the 2012, with a touch more structure and tannin, this is an intense rendering of our Pinot noir that will not dissapoint.
