Duckhorn makes one of California's perennial best Sauvignon Blancs - new vintage now available! Duckhorn's North Coast Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant acidity balanced by toasted oak and a rich mouthfeel. The aroma is a combination of ripe melon, Meyer lemon, kiwi, and pineapple complemented by jasmine, honey, thyme, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the flavors are an intriguing mix of tropical and citrus notes with grapefruit, apricot, lemon grass, papaya, and pineapple that linger on the finish.

Highly aromatic, I get a lot of flower blossoms, some exotic fruits, and green olives. Nothing subtle about this one- it's all up in your face. The flavors are quite nice, apple, quince, pear, Stony minerality. but I find the acids a little disjointed.
