Domaines Ott Château de Selle Côtes de Provence Rosé Blend 2019

Domaines Ott is the king of French rosés. This is the wine The New York Times dubbed "the summer drink to be seen with!" Order while supplies last. Hand-picking, extremely selective sorting and delicate pressing of the grapes, and finally maturing in oak barrels, are just some of the reasons why Domaine Ott Rose has a reputation of being "the finest rose in the world." The 2019 Chateau de Selle is a delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Cinsault. Domaines Ott's winery is located on a former dwelling of the Counts of Provence, a superb 18th century country house in Provence. The surrounding estate, entirely carved into the rocky land by Marcel Ott, his children and grandchildren, has been remodelled and replanted several times over.
