It all leads into a sappy, cinnamon-inflected finish that lingers gracefully and promises to age well through 2025." 92 Points Robert Parker: "The Chardonnay Evenstad Reserve opens with a great streak of petrichor over fresh yellow apple and Bosc pear notes with accents of hay, crème fraîche and toast. Medium to full-bodied and creamy textured in the mouth, it gives up toasty flavors with a great core of concentrated, ripe fruit and juicy, mouthwatering acidity, finishing long and minerally."

Medium straw coloured . Quite discreet, white flowers , touch of citrus and flint, butter also and just a touch of vanilla. Medium bodied in the mouth , more of the citrus elements coming through with that touch of butter and mineral intensity . Good balanced acidity and integrated alcohol . Ok length , missing just a touch of drive and persistence on the finish, but creates a good impression none the less. Drinking perfectly now , I don’t get the impression it will improve much with more time in the cellar, now and over the next 4-5 years
