Domaine Drouhin RoseRock Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay 2022

  A fantastic new Chardonnay from Oregon's Roserock and Domaine Drouhin.        93 Points Wines & Spirits: "This is truly a hedonistic treat. The delights begin with rich lemon gelato and rosemary aromas that burst from the glass. The equally rich flavor of an orange creamsicle melds with bits of saline and lime zest. Gentle acidity wraps it all up into a plush ball of enjoyment." Our Roserock Chardonnay brings together the estate’s three Chardonnay blocks, which are handpicked and sorted. The Chardonnay is pressed immediately and sent in equal parts to tank and barrel. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, Véronique assembles the two portions into her final cuvée.
