A fantastic buy in Pinot Noir under $20 from Hundred Acre's Jason Woodbridge. The Cherry Pie Tri County bottling pulls fruit from three distinctive vineyards in different parts of California: Sonoma Coast, Santa Lucia, and Santa Barbara. The 2016 Cherry Pie Tri-County Pinot Noir jumps from the glass with aromas of sweet toasty oak with macerated cherries, Italian plums and a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is a juicy attack of Bing cherries, integrated oak and raspberries with a long smooth finish.

Meh is right. Light, a bit of a spicy finish, but nothing remarkable.
