The Champagnes of Besserat de Bellefon are served at restaurant Alain Ducasse in Paris and New York and Charlie Trotter's in Chicago. They are found in the world's finest restaurants and have a cult reputation in France. While they are hard to find in the U.S., we're proud to introduce this exclusive Champagne to our customers. The Besserat de Bellefon Cuvee des Moines is a rose (slightly pink) champagne which is considered among champagne connoisseurs to be the finest grade champagne.

Lovely and light, with strawberries, apples, and toasted breadcrumbs. Disgorged March 2010 so had over 5 years bottle age. Acidity had mellowed and the whole thing was wonderfully integrated. Good stuff!
