A fantastic single vineyard Pinot from Belle Glos. 91 Points Wine Enthusiast: "This is a very bold style of Pinot Noir, so much that it's not very reflective of the grape but would work well paired with a juicy grilled steak. Concentrated aromas of blackberry, maple syrup and hot pancakes lead into a viscous, thick palate of berry jam, clove and cardamom flavors." This single vineyard Belle Glos Pinot Noir comes from the Clark & Telephone Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. A very rich & complex, fruit-forward stye Pinot that would go as well with steak as it would salmon dishes. The smallest production Belle Glos Pinot available! Sipping Fine Wine
Crafted by Joseph J. Wagner, 4th generation winemaker, with winemaking roots in the Napa Valley since 1906. Deep Ruby with red berry fruit aromas, tea and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of jammy blackberry and cherry with pronounced sweet vanilla oak, cacao and pepper spice notes. Soft tannins and bright acidity, well balanced, with mineral tones on a long finish ending with toasty spice! Nice!

Very similar to a good French Burgundy…smooth and ready to drink with lovely fruit notes throughout. Love it.

Full body fruit forward not oaky. Would be great with steak or gamey meats.
