On the pallet there is the slight effervescence; lemon zest, high acidity, and a saline component. The finish is clean as summer rain. This is a super fun wine: dry, acidic, light alcohol, immediately enjoyable, and traditionally paired with sea food. It is the perfect bottle to uncork on a hot afternoon; or if craving something new, rare (or exotic?), and want good value at the same time.
