What a perfect epitome of juicy freshness! Dark, sour cherry galore with a touch of mulberry and a hint of (dried) orange peel. A flowery whiff adds complexity. Much better on day 2 when the bubble gum fruitiness blows away. On the palate this is light to medium bodied, with a nice (light) tannin structure and juicy acidity. Pure & perfectly balanced. Not overly complex. Just joyful, bright & juicy. Perfect with a bowl of pasta or antipasti.
