New addition to the cabinet, first Dalmore. On the nose very bizarre, albeit tantalizing notes of clove, star anise, and candied orange peel. On the palate very smooth yet expressive notes of roasted coffee and espresso-dark chocolate nibs. Lovely scotch.

Always a favorite! Malty nose, hints of honey, heather, grass, salt.... Just a very consistent performer! Put some rocks in it and it smoothed to a very relaxed raisin note for a finish..
