I'm not typically a big fan of Chardonnay, but this one was delicious. Crisp, fresh, and clean, though the flavors took a while to open up. A couple hours after opening, I tasted some nice yellow apples and ripe pears with just a touch of oak. 100% Chardonnay. 1/30/22.

Light straw w/green tint: this usually straddles the line between Old & New World and I think this vintage needs some time to fatten up. Typical toasty buttery lemon verbena on the nose with some tropical guava and melon for good measure. Firm acidic backbone & lighter body gave it an austerity on palate thru finish.

Light and subtle, nicer than expected tbh! Light but long on the palate, no undesirable oak… just enough butter to remind you it’s Chardonnay.
