Beautiful aromas and flavors of peaches, apricots, sweet ginger, baking spices, white flowers, vanilla, toasted bread and blanched nuts. Lovely light hints of oak and vanilla on the long and lingering finish. Full bodied and beautifully balanced. Full bodied and rich. Incredibly creamy texture. Continues to improve as it opens up.
