Cool, crisp, oozing with slatey, steely minerality. Ripe lemons, limes, underripe mango, a touch of star fruit. On the palate this is pure energy, zippy acidity, salty minerality, so pure & focused. Yet there’s a hint of creaminess on the palate, adding a velvety touch to the Rheingau austerity. Delicious stuff! This is so good!! And so drinkable this young, while the GG wait for their time.
